We are experts at diagnosing and fixing a wide range of hardware and software problems. Our engineers are trained in both hardware and software technology as many problems result from an interaction between them. How many times has someone told you…. “sorry, I can’t fix that, it is a software problem” or vice versa.
Our engineers have access to our extensive knowledge database to ensure they can handle the majority of problems on their first visit. For those problems where major work is required, our engineer will take the equipment to our workshops, carry out the work and return and reinstall the equipment back at your location.
