Christmas and New Year 2025 Opening Times

As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure you have all the information you need about our opening times over Christmas and New Year.

We will be operating normal hours up until Tuesday 23rd December 2025. From then on the following opening hours will apply:

Tuesday 23rd December – Open as normal
Wednesday 24th December – Closed
Thursday 25th December – Closed and eating Chocolate
Friday 26th December – Closed and eating leftovers
Monday 29th December – Open as normal
Tuesday 30th December – Open as normal
Wednesday 31st December – Open until 1pm
Thursday 1st January – Closed
Friday 2nd January – Open as normal

Please note that while we will be operating limited hours on a few days and closed on others, our support systems will still continue to be monitored and any high or critical priority tickets will still be handled by our team.

Please ensure that all support tickets are logged using the normal channels (email, phone, WhatsApp or the client portal) so that our team can address any issues raised.

While we haven’t hit Christmas just yet, we would like to thank all clients and suppliers for their continued support throughout the year and we hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year!
